The Brief

As part of Revitive's in-house creative team, I was responsible for producing marketing and advertising assets that maintained and evolved the brand across multiple channels. Alongside campaign work, I was tasked with redesigning key stages of the ecommerce experience, specifically the basket and checkout journey, to create a more intuitive user experience while supporting commercial objectives.

My Thinking

Revitive operates in the health and wellness sector, where customers often need reassurance before making a purchase. My approach was to ensure that every touchpointwhether a social advert, product page or checkout screenfelt clear, trustworthy and consistent.

For the UX/UI work, I reviewed the existing checkout experience to identify unnecessary friction and opportunities to improve clarity. The goal wasn't simply to refresh the interface visually, but to make the purchasing journey feel simpler and more intuitive, helping users complete their purchase with confidence.

Creative Rationale

Across marketing campaigns, I developed creative assets that balanced product education with engaging visual storytelling, translating complex health messaging into content that was accessible and easy to understand.

For the ecommerce redesign, I simplified layouts, improved information hierarchy and refined key interface elements to create a cleaner, more user-focused experience. Every design decision was made with usability in mind, ensuring the checkout aligned with Revitive's wider brand while reducing visual clutter and supporting conversion.

Alongside digital design, I produced paid and organic social campaigns, email marketing, website graphics, packaging, point-of-sale materials, brochures, presentation decks and motion graphics, maintaining a cohesive visual language across every customer touchpoint.

The Results

Working across multiple concurrent campaigns, I helped deliver a consistent brand experience across digital, ecommerce and print. My work supported marketing initiatives, product launches and commercial campaigns while contributing to improvements in the online customer journey through a refreshed basket and checkout experience.

Beyond project delivery, I also mentored junior designers in After Effects and Premiere Pro, sharing workflows and motion design techniques that helped raise the team's creative capability.

What I Learnt

This role deepened my understanding of the relationship between branding, user experience and commercial performance. It reinforced that great design isn't only about creating visually engaging workit's about removing friction, communicating clearly and helping users achieve their goals. It also strengthened my ability to balance creativity with business objectives while working at pace across a wide variety of projects.
